Contribution simulator – Employees
Calculate an employee’s net, gross or total salary using the simulator provided by URSSAF. The URSSAF network is the driving force behind France’s social benefits system. Its primary responsibility is to collect social contributions, which are sources of funding for the general social security system.
This estimate is indicative and does not take into account collective agreements or aid for new hires. As the above indicates, post-time aid is available for hiring. Further information can be found at the official portal of Aides-entreprises.
Helpful tip: a general reduction in Social Security employer contributions can be provided, subject to conditions, to most employers required to pay unemployment insurance dues and applies to remuneration less than 1.6 times the minimum wage (€2,463.07 gross per month on 1st January 2020).
Overseas: So-called “Lodeom” exemption
Companies established in the overseas departments and regions: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Reunion Island (excluding Mayotte) may, under certain conditions, be exempt from certain social security contributions.
Multiple exemption scales apply depending on the company’s situation: business sector, size, turnover and location.
