Online applications for “Passport Talent” residence permit

As of May 25, 2021, applications for “Passport Talent” residence permits are online.

This procedure can be carried out entirely on the website:
https://administration-etrangers-en-france.interieur.gouv.fr/particuliers/#/

It is no longer necessary to book an appointment or go to the prefecture to apply for a “Talent Passport” residence permit.

Applicants will go to the Prefecture only to receive their residence permit.

It will be possible at any time to follow the progress of the application. The Prefecture will be able to ask the talent and accompanying family members for any additional information or documents it may need directly via the platform.
