Changes to come : The application process for a residence permit marked ‘’Talent Passport – New business’’

Prior to applying for a visa and/or a residence permit marked  ‘’Talent Passport – New business’’ ( Passeport talent – Créateur d’entreprise ), non-european citizens will soon have to submit a request to the Ministry of the Economy for an opinion on the real and serious nature of their business creation project.

This request will have to be done on the platform dedicated to this purpose (décret n° 2021-1222 du 23 septembre 2021 relatif aux demandes de titres de séjour des étrangers portant un projet de création d’activité).

The date of application of this measure will be published on the fact sheet dedicated to the Talent Passport – New business as soon as it is implemented.
