France is welcoming foreign talent
The reception conditions reserved for international talents and their families, in particular quality of life, social relations at work, integration, future prospects, the family environment and the quality of opportunities, irrevocably influence the choice of destination for international mobility. Thus, talent mobility is a key element for companies and national economies by which to measure attractiveness.
The establishment of these reception facilities is necessary to make France a welcoming place for investors, entrepreneurs, start-ups and international talents who wish to set up their activities there, work there and establish themselves permanently there with their families.
France is an extremely attractive place for these international talents. In 2018, it ranked as second most attractive European country, with 1,027 projects developed by talented and dynamic entrepreneurs; among them 144 new investment projects have been identified in the field of research and development, making France Europe’s leading country among the world’s hundred most innovative companies.
